Delete your account

You can permanently delete your olyone seller account — and everything in it — directly from the app. No email, no waiting, no retention.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the olyone app and go to the More tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Permanently delete my account.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (all sessions are revoked immediately).
- Every store you own — its storefront goes offline at once.
- All data inside those stores: products, photos, orders, customer records, notes, discounts, reviews, settings and saved payment-gateway keys.
- Your device's push-notification registration.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you are a staff member of someone else's store, deleting your account removes only you — the store and its data belong to its owner and are not affected.
Can't access the app?
Email hello@olyone.lk from the address you signed up with, and we'll process the deletion for you within 14 days.
Bought something from an olyone store?
Order records belong to the store you purchased from. Ask that seller to remove your details, or email us at hello@olyone.lk and we'll help.
