Is it really free to start?
Yes. Build your store, add products, and make your first sales without paying anything. When you pick a plan, you pay a small fee (around LKR 300/month) for the first 90 days — then your plan's real price begins.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. 0% commission on every plan, forever. Your money goes straight to your account through COD, bank transfer, or your own PayHere/OnePay. We only charge the flat monthly fee.
What if I can't keep up the payments?
You can downgrade to a cheaper plan anytime, or pause your store. Your data stays safe, and you can come back when you're ready. We'd rather keep you than lose you.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime, up or down. During your first 90 days you can move between plans freely to find the fit. After that, change whenever your business changes.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (upload your slip, we verify it) or card. Pay yearly and get two months free — most sellers do, because it's less to think about.
