Request data deletion

You can ask olyone to delete some or all of your data without deleting your account. Here's how, depending on who you are.
Sellers (olyone account holders)
Delete data yourself, in the app
- Products & photos — open the product → ⋯ menu → Delete product (or tap a photo → Remove photo).
- Customer notes — open the customer, clear the note and save.
- Discounts, collections, reviews — open the item and use its Delete action.
Request deletion of anything else
Email hello@olyone.lk from your sign-up email address and tell us what to remove (for example, your store's order history). We action requests within 14 days. Note: order records may be retained where needed for dispute resolution or legal obligations — we'll tell you if anything must be kept, and for how long.

Buyers (ordered from an olyone-powered store)
Your order details (name, phone, delivery address) belong to the store you purchased from. Either ask that seller directly to remove your details, or email hello@olyone.lk with the store name and the phone number you ordered with — we'll coordinate the deletion within 14 days.
Delivery-reliability signals linked to your phone number (used to protect sellers from failed cash-on-delivery orders) expire automatically after 180 days and can be reviewed on request.
